He has successfully closed deals of a few hundred thousand dollars in value to over $300M in value. Providing skilled guidance for intellectual property matters and infringement disputes, Matt is known for efficiently resolved IP conflicts.

 

Serving many of the firm’s clients as outside general counsel, Matt’s general corporate experience includes forming and operating corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. He also advises companies on matters such as stock option plans, profit sharing, executive compensation, buy-sell agreements, consulting contracts, as well as joint venture, vendor and selling and licensing agreements.

 

Matt’s prior big law firm professional experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at the 200-attorney firm of Allen Matkins. He was also an associate attorney in the corporate department of Arter & Hadden.
